I Win Securities Limited and I Win Asset Management Limited (“I Win”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Garden Stage Limited (NASDAQ: GSIW) (“Garden Stage”), announced today Mr Ying -tung Lau has joined I Win as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management. The joining of Mr Lau will be one of the core elements of I Win’s aspiration to grow its securities brokerage and asset management businesses in Asia.

Mr Lau is a 15-year veteran of the financial services industry with experience in investment banking, securities brokerage, insurance and venture capital investment gained in large scale international financial institutions such as UBS AG, Royal Bank of Canada, Macquarie Capital Limited and Aon plc.

From 2004 to 2008, Mr Lau attended his undergraduate degree at University of Oxford on Swire Scholarship awarded by The Swire Group Charitable Trust and graduated with a first-class degree in Master of Mathematics. He became a Registered Financial Risk Manager (“FRM”) in 2010 and was a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charterholder from 2011 to 2018. He also obtained the Certified Wealth Management Advisor (“CWMA”) certification in 2016.

Mr Lau has been involved in social and community services actively and the Government of Hong Kong Administrative Region has appointed him as the Chairman of the Fund Management Committee and a Trustee Member of Lord Wilson Heritage Trust, a Trustee Member of Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund, a Committee Member of Energy Advisory Committee, a Member of Administrative Appeals Board and an Observer of the Independent Police Complaints Council.
